My family and I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is stunning, surrounded by backwaters and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, particularly Nabarun, Anand, and Seethal, were warm and helpful, which added to our stay. However, the overall service was quite laid-back and often unresponsive to guest requests. The activities offered were underwhelming and poorly managed, making it hard to enjoy our time. Despite the gorgeous setting, the execution fell short in many areas.

The rooms are well-kept and reflect a charming colonial style, while the staff genuinely make your stay memorable. Dining options are exceptional, especially during the houseboat excursion, but do keep in mind that the property is smaller than some might expect. Overall, it provides great value for a peaceful getaway.
